One of the main objectives of creating this support system is responding faster to customer needs than other support methods.  With the help of this support system you can contact the support department or management from the farthest destinations or even out of the working hours.

If at least one of the experts are answering, the online icon will be displayed on the home page. When you click on the icon a new window will be opened. In this window you can select one of the online experts that you want to do text chat with and then choose a nick name. If the chosen expert accepts you, you can start your text chat.

If none of the experts are answering or they are not online, you can still use the offline messages to contact them. You just need to select the relevant department and fill the required fields. Please note that filling the email field to receive possible expert answers is required.

You can also send us any question, comment, suggestion or criticism via the form that are available in the support menu.
